
We carry out one general Abogados Junior recruitment process a year in each of our Madrid and Barcelona offices. Both of them start in the early part of the autumn and finish during the following spring, with successful candidates joining the firm in October.
Our Abogado Junior recruitment processes involve the following stages:
- Meeting representatives from Clifford Chance at one of the job-fairs we attend
- Submitting an on-line application to us
- Completing a written case-study (in English)
- Attending a competency-based interview with our HR Department, which includes a short oral test (in English)
- Attending a second interview with partners
