COMMERCIAL/IT LAWYER (SPANISH QUALIFIED) - WORLD LEADING MULTINATIONAL - 2 YRS+

Outstanding and exciting role with one of the world's leading companies for a commercial/IT lawyer.

Your role will involve advising the marketing, products, sales and advertising teams on a range of commercial issues & risks including data protection, IP, compliance and complex legal transactions. You will advise on Spanish and European legal requests.

This is a hands-on, commercial role. As such, you will ideally come from a law firm or an in house position within a leading company. It is crucial that you are a Spanish qualified lawyer and have experience in advising in Spanish law. You have strong academics and excellent experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for technology and media clients. You communicate fluently in Spanish and English, any other European languages are an advantage. This is an incredibly dynamic and entrepreneurial environment so personality fit is crucial - you must enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a strong interest in technology.
