Registration details
Contact and other details you supply as part of the registration process are stored by us and used to provide you with the information you have requested.

Profile and CV information
When you complete your site profile including your CV, it is made available for searching, viewing over the Internet and downloading by any direct recruiter, employment consultant or other person or organisation who requests profiles and CVs matching yours. Iberian Legal Group, S.L. does not verify the identity or the type of the business of such organisations. Your current employer may be a User of The site or a client of one of our Users. Iberian Legal Group, S.L. cannot restrict the User’s access to profiles and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality.

Some of our Users may be located in countries outside the European Economic Area.
When you 'apply online' to positions, information about your application is stored on your Account Home Page. Your Account Home Page is protected by your password and may only be accessed by you.
It does not form part of our candidate database and cannot be searched or accessed by Users. If you choose to create a profile and upload a CV to our database, we rely on you to ensure that your details are kept up to date. You should update your CV at least every six months, particularly if your contact details have changed

Please note that Iberian Legal Group, S.L. reserves the right to remove from our database, CVs and/or profiles that contain any content considered to be illegal or offensive as described in this Terms & Conditions.
Passwords
Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password account.

You agree to immediately notify Ticket2law at support@ticket2law.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

DATA PROTECTION
The site fulfils with Spanish data protection law. This law regulates private information with regards your profile and personal details aspects. (based on Spanish law Ley Orgánica 15/1999, 13 Dicember)

The Ley Orgánica 15/1999 is the law that applies in relation to protection of data and render assistance and co-operation as is reasonably necessary or reasonably requested by the User, including, but not limited to, the provision of information regarding the existence, applicability and extent of application of Data Protection Laws in particular jurisdictions to Protected Data.
Data is registered in the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, by Iberian Legal Group, S.L.
The candidate has the right to access, amend, cancel or unsubscribe to ticket2law.com by sending an email to cancel@ticket2law.com
