This web site called Ticket2law.com (“the site”) is owned and operated by Iberian Legal Group, S.L.,(domicile Lagasca 138, Madrid 28006, Spain) CIF:B 63919526 and is made available on the following terms and conditions. By using the website it is deemed that you accept these terms and conditions. 

General
In these terms and conditions:
a.    'User' means any person, company, organisation or firm that uses ticket2law.com services ; 
b.    'Services' means all recruitment products and services made available by us from time to time; 
c.    ‘Candidate’ means any person applying for or showing interest in a position or course;
d.    ‘Position’ means any position in a law firm or company and any course at a university.


Use of the site

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and educational courses. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You are not permitted to otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.

All database rights belong to Iberian Legal Group, S.L. or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
Service availability
Iberian Legal Group, S.L. tries to provide continuous availability of the site but does not accept responsibility for the consequences of any interruptions or delays, however caused. We may alter the design and specification of the site at any time.


Profile CVs and advertisements
Iberian Legal Group, S.L. accepts no responsibility or liability for the contents of CVs or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are usual and appropriate.

Disclaimer
Iberian Legal Group, S.L. does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the site. Access to the site may be interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason. Iberian Legal Group, S.L. also does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the positions and content of the material appearing on the site, its accuracy, completeness, timelessness or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability
In accordance with the law, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss.
 
Advertising Material
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on Ticket2law.com complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Iberian Legal Group, S.L. does not take responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material

Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and all disputes shall be decided by the Madrid courts.

Prices

The site´s job seeking services are free to use.
Employers and institutions pay to include their profiles. Prices are outlined in the individual agreement between Iberian Legal Group, S.L. and the client. All prices exclude VAT.
For services that are not free to use payments are made by credit card using Paypal’s secure transaction environment. Please visit Paypal’s web site for more information.

Job advertising
The site operates as a venue only. Since we are only a venue and do not propose or introduce work-seekers to recruiters or vice versa, it is recommended that, if you are a job seeker you undertake the appropriate steps set to ensure your suitability for the role advertised or, if you are a recruiter, to ensure a job seekers suitability for the role.
Any searching tool provided by us for use in the assessment of the suitability or otherwise of any particular candidate or advertised vacancy are to assist you in taking these steps, but are not intended as a substitute.
We do not provide any introductory service or supply job seekers to recruiters, or recruiters to job seekers. This means we do not:
•    obtain such information potential recruiters to select a suitable job seeker for the position which the recruiter seeks to fill;
•    obtain confirmation of the identity of a job seeker or that they have the experience, training, qualifications or authorisation to work in the position to be filled or that they wish to undertake the role to be filled
•    take any steps to ensure the job seeker and recruiter are each aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise which must be satisfied by either of them to permit the job seeker to fulfil the position to be filled;
•    take any steps to ensure that it would not be detrimental to the interests of the job seeker or the recruiter for the job seeker to fulfil the position to be fulfilled;
•    give any indication to recruiters whether job seekers are unsuitable (or suitable) for any position to be filled in any circumstances;
•    propose job seekers to recruiters or provide any information about them.
•    take up any references in relation to a job seeker; or
•    make any arrangements for accommodation of job seekers.

Site rules
The site has rules regarding the content and format of jobs and courses posted.
Their purpose is to ensure that users who search the site database get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible.
In order to ensure a safe and effective experience for all of our customers, Iberian Legal Group, S.L reserves the right to limit the amount of data and to remove from ticket2law.com any profile or content which is posted in breach of these rules. The limits may change at our discretion and you are advised to refer to them regularly.

Site restrictions
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including without limitation, the following activities: (1) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting (2) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; or (3) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing";
Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Specific Prohibited Uses.

The job posting, entries database and other features at ticket2law.com may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees.
Iberian Legal Group, S.L specifically prohibits any other use of The site, and all Users agree not to do any of the following: (1) post any jobs on the Site for any competitor of ticket2law or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with ticket2law; (2) post jobs or content on the Site that contain hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading; (3) use the Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees or institutions seeking for students, including but not limited to using the information in the the candidate form to sell or promote any products or services; (4) post on the Site any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (except for postings that make clear that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling, in which case such postings are permissible), or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents; (5) send unsolicited mail or e-mail, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to the Site; (6) delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity; (7) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure (8) decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site;

If notified by a User of User Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, Iberian Legal Group, S.L may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. Iberian Legal Group, S.L has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance

Entries or Profiles, which appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. If Iberian Legal Group, S.L believes that an entry may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from The site at its discretion.

Use of content and entries
Candidates are solely responsible for your site account information, employer account information or course/job postings, content (including, without limitation works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or later developed), messages, audio, video, photos, text, images, compilations or other information ("User Content") that You post on the Site or transmit to other Users.
You agree that in submitting User Content or otherwise using the Site that you will not impersonate any person, or submit any materials to The site that are false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or are otherwise in violation of your obligations under these Terms.
By posting User Content to any public area of the Site, including without limitation, message boards, Profiles, forums, contests and chat rooms, You automatically grant to The site and its affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, fully paid non-exclusive right (including moral rights) and worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, communicate to the public, perform, display, and distribute such User Content (in whole or in part) and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works (in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content) such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses thereof (through multiple tiers).
Dealings with candidates

You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals you may contact using information from the candidate database and not do anything which may bring The site into disrepute. You will indemnify Iberian Legal Group, S.L from and against any claim brought by an individual against Iberian Legal Group, S.L arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee any response to your entry or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is the Users responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable.

Use of the Database
The content you are entitled to receive from the candidate database is determined by the product you have purchased from us. On receipt of this content you may:
i.    Use, search or download it for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific positions that you wish to fill.
ii.    Use the information about the individuals contained in the database for the purpose of contacting them (either directly or through ticket2law.com depending on the product you have purchased) in relation to a specific position.
iii.    Use the information only in connection with your own recruitment-related activities.

You may NOT:
i.    Supply, sell or license material from the candidate database, or make a copy of it, to any other person, including another member of your group of companies.
ii.    Download the database through any automated (e.g. "scraping") process.
iii.    Contact the individuals on the database or make or allow any use of the information about those individuals, other than for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific positions.
You must, at all times, comply with the Spanish Data Protection law and regulation.

Standard Terms for Promotions, Competitions and Other Events

1. You must be aged 18 years or over to bet, participate in promotions, and/or take part in competitions. Underage entries will be void.

2. None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of Ticket2Law and its affiliate companies their agents or those of their respective group companies may take part in (1) prize draw promotions or (2) competitions that involve any element of judgment by or on behalf of Ticket2Law.

3. For competitions, only one entry may be made per person. For promotions, they are only available once to any person. Ticket2Law may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate. Where multiple entries/accounts have been used Ticket2Law reserves the right to cancel these entries/terminate these accounts and withhold any promotional benefits.

4. By entering you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions any specific terms and conditions relating to the relevant promotion, competition or event and any applicable instructions.

5. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach or non-compliance with these terms and conditions. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Ticket2Law.

6. Ticket2Law reserves the right to exclude any entrant from competitions, promotions, events and from use of the Ticket2Law website if Ticket2Law believes that an entrant has tried to enter by using more than one user name or is otherwise engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity (including participation that would be in breach of the law in your local jurisdiction), whether or not that entrant would or might have won any prize but for such activity.

7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable other than in the sole discretion of Ticket2Law.

8. By entering any competition, in the event that you are the winner you agree to reasonable use of your name and image on the websites and in promotional materials produced by or on behalf of Ticket2Law.

9. You hereby assign any and all copyright or other intellectual property rights in your entry to Ticket2Law for Ticket2Law's unrestricted usage and agree to do all such acts and/or execute or procure the execution of all such documents in a form reasonably satisfactory to Ticket2Law to confirm Ticket2Law's full ownership of such rights.

10. Ticket2Law in its sole discretion reserves the right to withdraw or vary the terms of competitions and promotions and/or any offer made in connection with them in order to comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body and shall not be held liable to any entrant for so doing.

11. The decision of Ticket2Law in respect of any matter concerning or related to competitions and promotions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions Ticket2Law reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.

13. Unless otherwise specified in writing, in the event that you are required to travel to take part in any event, you are responsible for making all your own arrangements (including insurance).

14. Ticket2Law reserves the right to amend any tournament rules or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

15. Ticket2Law and its affiliates and subsidiaries, or any of their employees, officers or directors shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of a participant's or winner's participation in an event or any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any tournament, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the participant or winner, as the case may be.

16. You agree that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid.

17. The promoter in respect of any prize draws, competitions and promotions is Iberian Legal Group, a Spanish registered company with company number- B63919526 and physical location at Calle Lagasca 138, 28006 Madrid.
